Our intensive screening process ensures that we provide staff who are well-suited for both public and private care facilities. Our rigorous recruitment procedure is at the core of our organization. In order for potential candidates to join our team, they must:
- Pass a DBS check
- Provide references
- Undergo a face-to-face interview
- Explain breaks in work history
- Undergo assessment of their Occupational Health Status
- Provide photo I.D.
- Complete our in-house training, etc.

Post-registration education and practice opportunities are made available, to enable you to keep up-to-date with current best practices by assisting you with all mandatory and specialist training.
